We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our company in one of our projects, in Remote.

Tasks:

• We need a Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in the Azure cloud ecosystem and modern data platform delivery. While deep Microsoft Fabric expertise is a major plus, we are also open to candidates who have built Fabric-like solutions using Synapse, ADF, and Databricks in combination with Power BI;
• You must be comfortable owning end-to-end pipelines and data products in production, ensuring high standards for CI/CD, data quality, and security while working independently in a distributed team.

Requirements:

• Azure Data Stack: 5+ years of end-to-end engineering (Synapse, ADF, Databricks, ADLS);
• Fabric/Fabric-like Setup: 4+ years of experience with modern orchestration, ingestion, and parameterization;
• Spark & SQL: 3+ years of PySpark (optimization/Delta) and 6+ years of advanced SQL (performance tuning);
• Data Modelling: 4+ years of experience with dimensional modeling and star schemas;
• CI/CD: 3+ years of experience with Git, PR discipline, and release hygiene for data;
• Security: Solid grasp of RBAC, Managed Identities (Entra ID), and RLS basics;
• Microsoft Fabric: Hands-on experience with Lakehouse, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2 (desirable);
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with HR, Payroll, or HR services data (desirable);
• Mindset: "Data Product" thinking and pragmatic engineering judgment (desirable).
