We are looking for Full Stack Developer to join our company, in one of our projects, in the the SaaS solutions area, located in Lisbon. We are looking for Full Stack Developer, that collaborates with other company Product and Engineering Teams - Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway - that together build and maintain the company Products.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a skilled product organization that builds high-performance tools for thousands of field and office users across the Nordics.
You will collaborate with multiple agile teams working from a shared backlog, where each team contributes with unique expertise and strengths. Together, the team continuously improve and expand the product suite that serves as the operational hub for construction companies – integrating planning, fieldwork, and business systems into one.

Development spans both frontend and backend, with modern JavaScript frameworks on the client side and a Python/C++ core on a Linux-based backend. You’ll be a part of shaping a system that is critical to our users’ daily work, both in the field and at the office.

Tasks:

• Build and maintain both frontend and backend features for complex web applications.
• Contribute to improving application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Collaborate on DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring.
• Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Help evolve the tech stack over time toward more modern frameworks where needed.
• Implement and maintain unit tests and automated testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with full stack web solutions.
• Strong skills in JavaScript and PHP.
• Experience with at least one major PHP framework (e.g., Symfony, Laravel).
• Proficiency in SQL and database systems (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of Agile development and DevOps collaboration.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (Twice a week in the office).
