We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisboa.

Tasks:

• Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements for both web and mobile applications (native and web);
• Automation & Efficiency: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts;
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with developers;
• End-to-End Testing: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software reliability across web and mobile platforms;
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and SMEs to align on testing requirements and expectations;
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize testing effectiveness;
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure testing aligns with industry standards, company policies, and security best practices;
• Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for user experience and product quality by simulating real-world usage scenarios in testing.

Requirements:

• Test Automation: Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and mobile testing tools (e.g., Appium);
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and addressing software issues;
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git);
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate testing findings clearly;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is required;
• Performance & Security Testing: Familiarity with tools for performance benchmarking and security testing is a plus;
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and best practices;
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Programming Experience: Proficiency in programming languages, e.g Python.
